Hope Haus QLD is a professional supervised children’s contact service dedicated to supporting safe, meaningful connections between children and their families. We carefully curated a calm, child-focused environment where supervised visits and supported changeovers can take place with care, respect, and professionalism. Our space is warm, playful, and nurturing, helping children feel comfortable and safe during their time here. We prioritise the safety, wellbeing, and emotional needs of each child, while offering families a reliable and compassionate space during times of
transition or change.

HOW IT WORKS

Initial Intake Consultation
Both parents/parties are invited to contact Hope Haus QLD separately to arrange an individual intake interview, which typically runs for approximately 60 minutes. This intake provides an opportunity to understand your family’s unique needs and to establish a neutral, child-focused environment. Please note that supervised contact sessions for the children can be arranged once both parties have completed their intake interview.

Booking the Supervised Visit
Once intake interviews have been completed with both parents/parties, further information about the supervised contact process will be provided. Following this, both parties will be invited to review and sign the consent forms and service agreements. Once all documentation has been completed, our team will send a confirmation email to both parties, and supervised contact sessions can then be arranged.

Child-Centred Supervision
Our professional staff facilitate visits with a strong focus on the child’s emotional needs, ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive environment for every interaction. Where appropriate, children may be offered an orientation visit at the centre prior to the first supervised contact. This allows them to meet staff, become familiar with the space, and feel more at ease. Children attend this orientation visit accompanied by one parent. Please note that payment for supervised contact sessions is required prior to each scheduled visit.

Post-Visit Support
Where needed, our team can provide ongoing guidance and resources to support families as they navigate this transition. We aim to foster positive, stable outcomes by supporting consistent, secure, and meaningful contact, helping children and families move toward stronger and more connected futures.
